Nearby Things to Do

Hershey Park

Hershey Park is an awesome amusement park just an 18-minute ride from our venue! We actually visited when we were scoping out our venue and one time, because it was so hot, we spent the whole time in the Chocolate Factory and did the 4D chocolate tour experience (which was definitely more geared towards kids but hey, fun confetti and scent cues are fun for all ages) and the free chocolate factory history ride. In looking into it, I also found out that they have a spa called Meltspa where they have a signature dark chocolate body wrap if you’re looking for a novel experience!

Hershey Gardens

Designed to offer beauty in every season, Hershey Gardens’ 23 acres feature a breathtaking assortment of flowers and shrubs, and a stately collection of signature trees.

ZooAmerica

Lions and chuckwallas and bears, oh my! This zoo has behind-the-scenes tour options, one of which is after-hours where you get to feed the bears and otters!

Hershey Antique Auto Museum

This museum ranks among the top automotive museums in the world and has been recognized by the Smithsonian as an Affiliate Museum. Visitors can stroll through eight decades of automotive innovation while traveling from New York to San Francisco.

Adventure Sports

With activities like bumper boats, go karts, an arcade, and multiple mini escape rooms just to name a few, there is no shortage of fun to be had at Adventure Sports!

Nearby Restaurants

Simply Greek – $

A quaint greek restaurant with outdoor seating. Genevieve liked their build your own bowl with sweet potato falafel, a mix of greens and the rice/quinoa as the base, and roasted veggies on top and Noah enjoined the sweet potato falafel and lamb souvlaki!

Chocolate Avenue Grill – $$–$$$

The Chocolate Avenue grill is located in the heart of downtown Hershey, and they pride themselves on their diverse menu options, friendly small-town service and willingness to cater to your culinary desires (is it plagiarizing if I make it third person haha) in a fresh, mid-century metropolitan style atmosphere. Also — they have outside seating as an option and allow “quiet and well-behaved dogs” on their patio!

Iron Hill Brewery – $$–$$$

This spot was actually recommended to us by the venue as "THE spot" to host a rehearsal dinner! As the most award-winning brewery east of the Mississippi, this brewery is definitely worth a visit. Their menu hosts the expected players like burgers, pizza, and sandwiches but also has flair with vodka rigatoni and moroccan salmon.
